Great stay for a stopover during a roadtrip. Right in the center and close to many good restaurants. Quiet, comfortable

Great location and nice rooms. The staff are great and helpful. The room we ordered wasn’t ready in the time we came and we got different room but they gave us breakfast coupons instead.

One night stay

We loved everything - the area, our room, our beds, receptionist - everything was excellent, in fact our son wants to stay here next time too when we are in Budapest! We have received cold drinks and coffee pods for free too - the drinks were in our little fridge in the room and the coffee pods on our table. The room was something phenomenal - having its own style, which we loved! Bed and sofabed were both large and comfy, the lighting in the room was excellent, our room was very clean, big enough for more than 3 people definitely. Wish we could stay longer, next time we will. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the fabulous service.

We would go back but without breakfast included …

It was a nice, clean & self-serviced room, with complementary soft drinks and water, which it’s always a plus - especially during summer time. The staff was friendly and the location was superb and very well connected. We would definitely go back there but without breakfast included ;)

We were given a ground-floor room and the noise used to travel from reception straight into our room. It would be good to put up a sign in reception asking guests to please “be quiet”, specially during morning hours when other guests are probably sleeping. The wifi connection was not very good either. But, what we really didn’t like nor enjoy was the breakfast situation/setup. There were 2 options served by 2 different places near by. The buffet option was not very good nor varied and it was also very stressful, at times we felt like it was a survival of the fittest sort of competition when trying to get some food :D and, the second option was a brunch place with set menus but it was even less varied, one day my partner literally had just scrambled eggs from the menu and we left even hungrier than when we arrived :)

Location relatively close to the attractions; beds were ready; clear instructions

Internet connection is weak at some apartment locations; there was some issue with the shower gel use; a bit more support for the parking could be provided - paying with coins at the old parking machines is a bit hilarious as you need full pockets of coins and every three hours to pass by the car to pay. There is an app I would recommend, Parkl, where you can have automatic parking with start and stop option

Great location and nice atmosphere

The location is great! The apartment is spacious and well designed. The receptionist was really nice.

Rooms on the ground floor smells a bit moldy. Water are coming out from the shower. toilet seat is not in the right size.

A great quiet place in the city center!

The receptionist was always helpful with any questions, that's very nice, thank you!

One night there were some obnoxious neighbors who were laughing and partying very loudly until 3 am) and then woke up at 6 am and carried on!

Great place to stay, good value for money, modern and clean.

good location near the main shopping area. Around a 20 min walk from district 6 (where the main bars etc are). room was well furnished, modern and very clear. Shower was great and TV had Netflix already logged in. they even left a bottle of sparkling wine in the room with a nice message after seeing my girlfriends birthday card.

Poor noise insulation: our room was on the ground floor which meant we could hear everything that was going on in the lobby area where people used communal microwaves and toasters for breakfast. The room next to us had a family staying and the sound of the kids running up and down the corridor in flip flops every day at 7am still haunts me. Can’t blame the hotel for bad parenting. also the extractor fans in the bathroom diddnt work so when we showered lots of moisture built up in the room. There’s a dehumidifier in there so the rooms not damp, just very steamy after shower. Both these points were minor and diddnt take away from what a lovely stay we had.

My wife and I and our 2 sons (3 ½ and 1 ½) stayed at Walk Inn Váci 78 for 1 week, from 10th April - 17th April. We had a brilliant stay! We stayed in the family suite which was big and perfect for our 2 kids to play around. The bedroom was separated by a small step and 2 sliding doors. The lounge area had a table and chairs, mini fridge, sink and microwave. We got fresh sheets and towels a couple of times when we asked as kids can be quite messy. All staff were polite and helpful, especially Reka. She went above and beyond. I mistakenly left some pound sterling in our room when we left. I only realised once I got home. Reka took my money, converted it into forint, put it into bank account and sent me it online. I’m very grateful for her will to get the money back to me. The location of the hotel is ideal. Around 100 metres to your left is Central Market Hall which has an Aldi. Right beside that is Liberty Bridge that will take you to the Buda side. There’s also a playground beside the bridge that our kids loved to play in. Most of the sights are in walking distance so we walked with 2 buggies most places. A couple of days we used the big red sightseeing bus to see sights further away. That also got you a boat trip that was included in the price (14,000 forint for 1 day or 16,000 forint for 2 days). We are vegans so I did my research to see where we could eat. There is at least 10 vegan eateries within 1 mile of the hotel. There’s a tasty hummus bar right next door. It was very easy to find something to eat. Napfényes does delicious pizzas and also has a bakery for sweet treats, herBar does tasty waffles, Anjuna Ice Pops does flavoured ice pops dipped in chocolate and covered in toppings, Plantmilkyway does many types of delicious cakes and Aldi had plant based milks, yogurts, biscuits, crisps etc. We had a fantastic time in Budapest.

Wifi worked intermittently so could be better.
